Social Media Coordinator – F&b Industry

Job Description

Responsible for managing and executing social media activities across all platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales for F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and schedule daily content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Coordinate with photographer and graphic designer for content calendar execution. Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. Monitor trends in the F&B and hospitality industry to create relevant content. Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with influencers. Track and report social media performance metrics. Maintain brand voice, identity, and consistency across platforms. Support marketing events and on-site content creation.

Requirements:



Previous experience in social media management, preferably in F&B or hospitality. Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices. Basic content creation skills (photo, video, short-form content). Strong communication skills and creativity. Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
