About the Role:



We're looking for a dynamic

Social Media Manager

who can seamlessly blend

client servicing, content strategy, performance tracking, and trendsetting

. This role is not just about managing accounts - it's about being the face and voice of the brand, ensuring that everything from content to communication is on point, on trend, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Servicing & Account Management



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand brand goals, challenges, and tone to manage the social media presence effectively. Coordinate internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to deliver cohesive social media plans and campaigns.

Content Oversight & Brand Representation



Represent the client brand on social platforms when needed - even as a model or face of the brand. Supervise content creation, reels, and influencer collaborations that reflect the client's identity and goals.

Social Media Strategy & Trend Integration



Plan and execute creative content calendars aligned with current trends and platform updates. Identify real-time opportunities and viral trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting



Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs and engagement metrics. Recommend optimizations and actions to improve performance based on insights. Proactively flag underperformance and suggest solutions.

Client Growth & Success



Ensure the client's social presence is driving brand visibility, community engagement, and business results. Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through timely delivery, proactive communication, and consistent performance.

Key Requirements:



2-4 years of social media management or client servicing experience in an agency environment. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. Confident on camera and comfortable representing a brand visually (if required). Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Proficiency in social analytics tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Creative flair and strategic thinking.
