Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and building trusted relationships.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Translate client goals and briefs into actionable tasks for internal creative and production teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver integrated advertising solutions.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and present strategic recommendations and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, status calls, and performance reviews.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest optimizations.
- Resolve client issues with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client market conditions.
- Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in client service or account management within a BTL production company.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
