. We are looking for a

creative, driven, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Manager

to help us build a strong online presence from scratch.

This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through visuals, has a passion for social media trends, and wants to help a brand grow and shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and create

beautiful, engaging content

showcasing the beauty and features of our holiday homes Design

high-quality reels, stories, and posts

for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Highlight lifestyle moments, guest experiences, and local attractions Develop and follow a

weekly content calendar

Write captions that are friendly, engaging, and on-brand Increase

organic followers and engagement

Handle DMs, respond to comments, and interact with followers Track analytics and adjust strategy as needed Occasionally visit properties to shoot fresh content

What We're Looking For:

Experience with social media (even personal projects count!) Ability to

shoot and edit photos & videos

using phone or camera Knowledge of

reel trends, transitions, and effects

Basic editing tools like

Canva, CapCut, VN, Lightroom, or Adobe apps

Strong aesthetic sense - knows what "looks good" on Instagram Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision Able to suggest creative ideas and execute them independently
