Job Description

Core Responsibilities



Content Creation & Visual Curation

Develop and execute engaging social media content (Chinese: WeChat/Instagram/Little Red & Meta etc.) aligned with the firm's design aesthetic, including:

Project showcases: Transform architectural/interior/landscape design deliverables into digestible visual narratives (e.g., before-after sliders, 3D animation snippets).

Industry insights: Simplify professional topics (e.g., material innovations, design trends) into shareable posts/stories.

Behind-the-scenes: Produce designer interviews/studio vlogs to humanize the brand.

Perform basic image editing (PS/AI): Color-correct renderings, format social media banners (1200x630px for LinkedIn, 1080x1350px for Instagram).

Edit short videos (Premiere/CapCut)

Platform Management & Analytics

Maintain a

content calendar

Monitor KPIs (engagement rate, CTR, follower growth) using native analytics tools; compile biweekly

Performance Dashboards

Community Engagement & Resource Coordination

Platform Collaborations & Partnerships

Build relationships with
