Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide accurate information about school programs, admissions, and tours
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times
Manage a database of visitor and caller interactions to support lead tracking
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms
Use tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to design marketing materials and visuals
Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to boost reach and engagement
Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and managing inquiries via phone and email
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years\' experience in reception or customer service; experience with social media content creation is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design software (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle shifting priorities in a busy school environment
Positive, approachable attitude and a customer-service mindset
