Marketing Manager for Real Estate Brokerage (Strategy + Execution + Systems)

I'm looking for a proactive, strategic, and highly skilled Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of marketing for a real estate brokerage. This is NOT a basic VA role. Do not apply if you need handholding, micromanaging, or daily step-by-step instructions.
Your job is simple:
Help us get attention. Build the systems. Execute the plan.
We're looking for someone who understands branding, content strategy, social media, and marketing workflows -- and can take what already exists in our company and turn it into a streamlined, predictable marketing machine.
We are starting with 10-20 hours per week. If you perform well, this will grow into a long-term, full-time leadership role and expand into our other businesses (Airbnbs, rentals, loans, and education).
ResponsibilitiesStrategy
Build a weekly/monthly marketing plan for the real estate brokerage
Create content calendars for social media, Google Business, TikTok, IG, FB, YouTube
Develop weekly video ideas (3-5 per week) for the owner to film
Proactively identify opportunities for attention and brand visibility
Analyze trends and adjust strategy accordingly
Execution
Manage or create social media posts
Prepare Google Business content weekly
Coordinate email campaigns (monthly, quarterly, and event-based)
Upload and optimize YouTube videos
Manage Facebook Groups postings
Oversee posting systems for new listings, sold listings, open houses, and featured listings
Build automated workflows in ClickUp or similar systems
Create simple marketing SOPs that junior VAs can follow
Leadership
Take initiative -- not wait for instructions
Direct the graphic design VA with clear requests
If needed, coordinate with a video editor (or find one)
Deliver weekly reports on what was completed, results, and next week's plan
Own the marketing department -- treat it like your domain
Required Skills
Strong English communication
Digital marketing strategy
Social media marketing across multiple platforms
Real estate marketing experience (preferred)
Canva + basic design skills (you will direct our graphic VA)
Ability to create marketing systems and SOPs
Familiarity with ClickUp or project management tools
Ability to think independently and make decisions
Strong attention to detail
Experience delegating tasks to junior VAs
