This dual-role position is responsible for crafting compelling social media strategies while also conceptualizing, planning, and managing corporate events that enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
Maintain all official company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, stories, reels).
Monitor analytics and performance metrics; report regularly on KPIs and suggest improvements.
Engage with online communities and followers to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators for visual consistency and impact.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance.
Event Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, retail, promotional, and partner events.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluation reports.
Manage event logistics including permits, setup, branding, AV, guest lists, and RSVP coordination.
Develop post-event content and promotional follow-ups for social media and newsletters.
Ensure brand presence and customer engagement are maximized during events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
at least 2 years of proven experience in social media management and event coordination.
Strong understanding of digital trends, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), and content management systems.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Experience in working cross-functionally with sales, branding, and external agencies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
Photography or videography skills are a plus.
Background in retail, F&B, fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
