The Social Media & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's marketing strategies across digital platforms. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, generating leads, and supporting sales through effective social media and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create, plan, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads)
Manage daily social media activity, including posting, monitoring, and responding to messages and comments
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Monitor analytics, insights, and KPIs; prepare performance reports and recommendations
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams for campaigns
Develop and manage marketing campaigns (digital, email, influencer, promotions)
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
Research market trends, competitors, and new digital tools
Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines
Handle influencer partnerships and collaborations when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
