Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends within the beauty and aesthetics industry, with the ability to create compelling content that engages audiences and enhances our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) Create high-quality visual and written content, reels, and stories Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting Coordinate influencer and UGC creator collaborations, ensuring brand alignment Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results Write engaging captions, newsletters, and marketing materials in line with the clinic's tone and branding Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 2 years' experience in social media or marketing (experience in aesthetics, beauty, or luxury industries preferred) Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and paid advertising Proficiency in photography, video creation, and basic editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and luxury branding
