We're Seoul Spot - a fast-growing Korean-themed experiential kiosk blending K-pop photo booths, karaoke, and curated retail. We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Coordinator to boost our visibility and drive in-store sales.

Your Mission

You'll own our social media presence and on-ground marketing strategies to:

Attract new visitors Increase repeat visits Guide our customer reps to boost conversions Strengthen community engagement

Responsibilities

Social Media Growth Manage and grow our Instagram & TikTok Create weekly content calendar and engage with our community Retail Marketing & Sales Enablement Brief and coach shop staff to promote key offers Lead in-mall activations and promotional campaigns Monitor and improve visual merchandising with the team Community Building & Events Organize monthly community events targeting Gen Z & students Follow up with brand ambassadors and keep them activated Content Coordination Plan and coordinate content creation with designers, staff, or creators Partnerships & Growth Build collabs with schools, cafes, dance studios etc. Launch WhatsApp marketing for past customers Drive Google reviews and strengthen our online presence

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in social media marketing Background in retail marketing or sales-focused communication Bonus if you're into K-pop, K-drama, or youth culture trends Proactive, independent, and creative mindset Strong English communication (Arabic/Korean is a plus)
