Job Description
At Happy Pet Gulf, much of our success can be attributed to the strength of our marketing division. To build on the momentum, we're searching for a marketing and social media coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc. Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics. Work closely with the Creative and Ecommerce Department Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies Overlook the ecommerce department to plan effective and succesful promotions Organize promotional activities for new products/service Manage and allocate budget correctly
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build relationships. Creativity and a keen eye for detail in content creation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Passion for social media and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
