Job Description

We are looking for a

high-performing Social Media Manager

who is also an

expert in Google Ads and Meta Ads

, capable of managing multiple brands, running ROI-driven campaigns, and producing premium-quality digital content. This role requires someone who can think creatively, and deliver measurable results for clients across the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Management

Create monthly social media strategies and content calendars Manage posting, scheduling, and cross-platform optimization (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) Write creative and engaging captions aligned with brand identity Manage community interactions, DMs, comments, and customer engagement Coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns Set up advanced targeting, retargeting Monitor ad performance and scale winning campaigns

Generate high-quality leads & conversions

A/B testing of creatives & audience segments Track results via Ads Manager, Pixel, UTM & Analytics

Google Ads

Strategize and launch campaigns Keyword research & competitor analysis Daily optimization to reduce cost-per-lead and increase conversions Manage Google Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Conversion tracking Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

Branding & Content

Trend research & campaign ideas Assist in influencer collaborations & performance tracking Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms

REPORTING & ANALYTICS

Prepare weekly dashboards for all clients Present insights and recommendations to management Evaluate ROI and optimize budgets

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a marketing agency Expert-level knowledge:

Google Ads + Meta Ads

Proven track record of running UAE-based paid campaigns Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC metrics Excellent English writing & communication skills Ability to handle multiple accounts at the same time Knowledge of Canva, basic editing & AI tools (advantage) Google Ads & Meta certifications (preferred)
