Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Create and curate a high-quality, on-brand content calendar (including copy, visuals, and video).
Manage all community engagement: respond to comments and DMs promptly, fostering a positive and engaged community.
Analyse and report on social media KPIs (e.g., engagement rate, reach, follower growth, website traffic) and use data to optimize future content.
Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends.
Lead the creative ideation and storyboarding for short-form video, guiding the Videographer and Editor from concept to publication
Influencer Marketing
Build and execute the company's influencer marketing strategy from the ground up.
Identify, vet, and recruit on-brand influencers (from micro to macro-level).
Manage all influencer communications: outreach, negotiation of contracts, and relationship management.
