Job Description
Job Role: Skilled Technician cum Driver for maintenance work for a Real Estate Company in Dubai : We are looking for a Candidate who should be able to supervise & follow up on the day to day job responsibilities including any emergency electrical / plumbing and maintenance work. Responsibilities: Inspect facilities/sites regularly to identify problems and allocate the necessary maintenance team. Electrical: Create, maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity Plumbing: Repairs to domestic water supplies, clearance and repairs to soil and associated waste water systems, patch repairs to wall finishes, tiling, basic masonry. Mechanical: Check equipment and operating systems. Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards. Ensuring all the assigned tasks have completed on time by team members. Monitor and maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage. Comply with health and safety regulations practices on site. Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities. Strict monitoring of material procurements & usage, report the misuse, if any. Reporting of daily maintenance activities to supervisor. Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Engineering.
- Proven minimum 5-10 years experience as Skilled Technician.
- UAE driving license (manual preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, plumbing, masonry, air conditioning & cleaning procedures etc.)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- UAE driving license (Required)
