Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC technician cum driver to carry out HVAC maintenance activities, such as Corrective Maintenance, Planned Preventive Maintenance, and Emergency Maintenance having UAE experience. with valid driving license. Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and update records of all equipments, tools, materials, and spare parts.
- Perform and complete the assigned AC maintenance and duct cleaning service request and tasks, within the agreed time.
- Ensure that planned mechanical preventive maintenance schedule, is complied with.
- Prepare and submit service report on completion of tasks.
- Perform duties with initiative, teamwork, coordination, and continuously enhance skills and ability. Promote and deliver good customer service and ensure tenants satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures at all time.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
