Job Summary
- To ensure that all work carried out is executed in line with established work procedures especially health & safety, time standards so that the overall objectives of productivity are met or exceeded.
- Responsible to ensure that all relevant administration is completed, and to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- To provide a fast and efficient quality mobile fitting service to customers, by providing timely roadside assistance that includes tyre fitting, Puncture repair and Battery replacement.
- To provide reliable fault finding and produce accurate corrective diagnosis/repairs as instructed by the customer. Responsible to ensure all of our customers are advised of any potential faults to ensure the vehicle is in a roadworthy and safe condition
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through quality of work and clear communication.
