Brief Growing FM Company looks for a multi-technician in Mechanical/ Electrical / Plumbing, who can join immediately and with professional acumen in troubleshooting, maintenance & Installation of new/ old MEP system/equipment/utilities. Apply with latest CV, Passport Copy, Visa Page, Curriculum Certificates & photo Roles / Responsibilities: Proficient & experienced Multi-technician in MEP Evaluate, assemble, Test and maintain MEP systems/ equipment/appliances and apparatus Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning MEP equipment, appliances, and apparatus & Advising management on unsuitable equipment Reading, understanding and interpreting MEP schematic/ blueprints, drawings/ diagrams. Able to read MEP design plans, blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp the requirements Thorough technical knowledge on electrical loads, cable suitability, breaker usage/ sizes, bus-bar assembly, setting DB/SMDBs, servicing of capacitor banks, ACB & MDBs Recommend improvements, as well as calibrate instruments, and diagnose faulty equipment. Identify potential problems in existing design. Lay, draw new electrical/ plumbing lines both open & concealed as per layout and project requirements including safe termination Working at heights by adhering safety including erecting/ dismantling scaffolding and other access methods Express technical details to supervisor/ Engineer and work closely with other technicians in same/ other field Basic knowledge on associated HVAC/Civil works Prepare & Upkeep of documents not limited to completion reports , purchase bills, attendance, data logs and time sheets Calculating the quantities of materials and time required for small project; ordering of MEP supplies and equipment. Driving around multiple sites for team co-ordination Skills/ Requirements: Preference to Candidates, who are available in UAE and can join immediately Degree (or) Diploma (or) Trade Certified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/ Industrial & Home plumbing + Wiring - Min 1 Year course certified (or) equivalent having hands-on experience in relevant MEP field & worked in old/ new buildings Valid UAE License holder for Pick-ups Completion of an apprenticeship Proven experience as an Multi-Technician with 5+ years' experience 3 Years of minimum experience in FM/ Maintenance, Fit-out works in Middle East region Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills in MEP system Experience in operating hand & power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment. Ability to Climb Ladders; Ability to Carry Heavy Equipment; Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time Ability to read technical documents and drawings Operate on his own all his tasks allocated, regarding Maintenance/ FM related to Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing in safe manner. Healthy, smart and well-mannered individual. Good knowledge of handling field related tools, equipment, assemble scaffolding/ ladders & other access materials Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential Generate & Write work completion reports Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and tools Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times Good read/speak/writing skills in English Good understanding of basic math Outstanding physical condition, great hand dexterity and an eye for detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent COVID-19 considerations:
