to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise site surveys, measurements, and layout verifications for facade and aluminum system installations. The role requires strong technical skills, accuracy, and a deep understanding of facade construction to ensure proper alignment and compliance throughout all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct accurate on-site measurements and dimensional surveys for facade and aluminum works.
Prepare detailed site drawings, layouts, and technical documentation based on collected survey data.
Verify levels, dimensions, and alignments to ensure full compliance with approved drawings and fabrication requirements.
Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and site execution teams to validate survey data and resolve any discrepancies.
Operate and manage surveying instruments such as
Total Station, GPS, and laser measuring tools
.
Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of all surveying equipment.
Identify and report potential site issues, deviations, or design conflicts to the project management team.
Ensure all surveying operations are performed in accordance with company quality standards, project specifications, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying
, or a related field.
3-7 years of proven experience
as a Site Surveyor in
aluminum, facade, or building envelope projects
within the UAE.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
Total Station
,
GPS
, and other relevant surveying software and tools.
Excellent understanding of technical drawings, site layouts, and construction tolerances.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to precision and accuracy.
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
