We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Jr. Quantity Surveyor

to support Design, Commercial and cost management activities related to

aluminum facade works

. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with some experience in Auto CAD, Quantity surveying, ideally within the facade or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have well versed in Auto CAD Excellent in Communicating Language-English Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and measurements for aluminum facade elements (e.g., curtain walling, cladding, louvers). Support in preparing Design, Cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ). Help in the evaluation and comparison of supplier and subcontractor quotations. Assist in the preparation of interim payment applications and final accounts. Maintain records of site measurements and material deliveries. Participate in site visits to gather data for valuation and reporting. Support in tracking variations, claims, and changes in scope of work. Update and maintain commercial logs, reports, and filing systems. Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams for timely data collection. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Freshers having good communication skill and well versed in Auto CAD Basic understanding of facade systems like curtain walling, cladding, or glazing is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or Bluebeam). Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
