We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project milestones are met on time, within budget, and in line with design specifications and safety standards. Philippino national preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project timelines and design details. Liaise with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct daily site inspections and ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications. Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel. Maintain detailed daily site reports, progress photos, and updates for internal tracking and client communication. Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays and additional costs.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum of 3 years UAE relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus. Can join immediately with Driving license is a plus Candidate should be in UAE already
