Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee MEP, fit-out, renovation, and construction projects across various sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site supervision, excellent coordination skills, and a valid

UAE driving license

to visit and manage multiple sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site activities including MEP installations, interior fit-out, renovation works, and civil construction. Ensure work progress is in line with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, and project engineers to ensure smooth site operations. Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and client expectations. Resolve site issues, manage workforce performance, and maintain site discipline. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure site safety procedures are followed and report incidents or delays immediately. Handle procurement requests and monitor material usage and stock. Attend client/site meetings as required and maintain professional communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in site supervision within MEP, fit-out, renovation, and construction projects. Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Strong understanding of MEP systems, interior fit-out standards, and renovation practices. Proven experience managing subcontractors and labour teams on site. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in reading technical drawings and site documentation. Valid

UAE driving license

is mandatory. Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and DEWA/DM approvals is a plus.
