to oversee day-to-day operations for interior and fit-out projects across multiple sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of interior works, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor teams.
Ensure fit-out works (joinery, ceilings, partitions, MEP, finishes) are executed per drawings and standards.
Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
Report site progress and resolve on-site challenges.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years' experience supervising interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial/retail/hospitality).
Knowledge of joinery and MEP coordination.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
