Job Description

Whitemonde is a fast-growing interior fit-out company committed to delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our expanding team.

Job Responsibilities:



Oversee daily site operations for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure the implementation of approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation. Monitor material usage, inventory, and deliveries. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and site cleanliness. Identify and resolve site issues efficiently. Assist in achieving project timelines and milestones. Communicate effectively with the design and project management teams.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site supervision. Strong understanding of materials, installation methods, and site coordination. Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage). Good communication and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. UAE experience mandatory. UAE driving license is mandatory.

Education:



Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
