Supervisor (Interiors & Fit-Outs) - UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous

Site Supervisor

to manage and execute daily site operations for our challenging and diverse projects. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety.

What You Will Do

The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Manager and be the primary on-site leader responsible for project execution, quality, and coordination.

Site Execution & Leadership

Supervise all day-to-day interior fit-out activities (e.g., partitioning, ceilings, flooring,

joinery

, MEP coordination, and final finishes). Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements for subcontractors and the skilled labor force.

Manage, coordinate, and monitor

the productivity and discipline of all site workers and subcontractors. Schedule and monitor material deliveries to ensure all necessary resources are available on time.

Quality, Safety, and Compliance

Enforce rigorous

Quality Control (QC)

procedures, inspecting materials and workmanship to ensure strict adherence to approved design standards. Identify and swiftly rectify any non-conformities or deviations from project specifications. Enforce

strict HSE policies

(Health, Safety, and Environment) and conduct regular safety tool-box talks and briefings.

Coordination and Reporting

Collaborate with Project Management and Design teams to resolve complex on-site challenges. Participate in site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Provide accurate and timely

daily progress reports

to the Project Manager.

What You Will Bring

A minimum of

5+ years of dedicated experience

supervising interior fit-out projects (Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Hospitality). Proven expertise in handling

turnkey projects

and complex

joinery works

, including detailed coordination with

MEP services

. Strong technical understanding of materials, finishes, construction details, and interior systems. Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and MEP drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of

AutoCAD

for viewing drawings. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred.

Compensation:

Competitive monthly salary of
