We are urgently hiring a

Site Service Coordinator

for our heavy equipment division. The ideal candidate must be

immediately available in Qatar

, with a

valid QID

and

transferable NOC

. The Site Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating field service operations, handling customer requests, and ensuring timely deployment of technicians and parts to various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule service technicians for onsite equipment repairs and maintenance. Act as the main point of contact between clients, service teams, and the workshop. Monitor ongoing service work at client sites and ensure timely completion. Maintain daily service logs and records of service activities. Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding service requirements, equipment issues, and customer feedback. Track spare parts availability and liaise with the inventory team to ensure timely dispatch. Ensure service operations comply with health, safety, and company policies. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service reports to management. Support the service manager in planning preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar coordination or service role in the heavy equipment or construction industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and service tracking tools/software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be currently in Qatar with

valid QID and transferable NOC

.

Immediate availability

is mandatory. Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
