Job Description

Inspect and service heavy construction vehicles such as excavators, cranes, bulldozers, dumpers, loaders, and trucks.

Diagnose faults using computerized diagnostic tools. Replace defective parts, adjust machinery, lubricate components, and perform routine maintenance. Conduct thorough cleaning and servicing of machine attachments like winches, blades, side booms, etc. Perform major repairs when needed and support teamwork on smaller jobs. Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical and pneumatic systems. Document maintenance and repair tasks, complete work orders, manage parts requisitions, and submit inspection reports. Follow safety protocols and maintain orderly and clean working environments.
Requirements

Educational: High school diploma or GED; technical diplomas or certificates in mechanics or heavy equipment are preferred. gulftalent.com+3gulftalent.com+3gulftalent.com+3easy.jobsIndeed Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years working in heavy equipment or diesel mechanics. Technical know-how: Proficiency with diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, computerized diagnostics, and machinery repair. Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and labor-intensive tasks, and willingness to work flexible hours. Additional assets: Driver's license, forklift certification, ability to communicate in English, and familiarity with health & safety standards and environmental compliance.
