Key Responsibilities:
Study project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Plan and schedule project activities in coordination with the site and factory teams.
Oversee the production and installation of joinery items, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Coordinate between site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.
Solve technical challenges related to material selection, design, and execution.
Inspect and approve work at different stages of production and installation.
Prepare progress reports and communicate with senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Minimum
5 years
of experience in joinery and fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
