Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified

Project Engineer - Civil (Fit Out)

to manage and execute civil and finishing works for interior projects. The candidate must have proven experience in

fit-out works (minimum 2 years)

and will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review civil/architectural drawings and specifications for fit-out projects. Supervise site works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and other finishing activities. Coordinate with MEP, design, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution. Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals. Monitor progress, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain project schedules. Manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of works. Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections, snagging, and assist in final project handover. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2 years' experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects (Mandatory).

Strong knowledge of civil finishing works: partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, etc. Familiarity with fit-out project execution in UAE/GCC. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

UAE Driving License. Experience in both commercial and residential fit-out projects.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
