Site Lead - Paints Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products : o Supervise daily operations on the paint production or site floor, ensuring targets, quality, and safety standards are met. o Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and laborers, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion. o Monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues to reduce downtime. o Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports for management, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
Requirements
38 years and below o At least 2-3 years of experience in paints manufacturing or production supervision within paints manufacturing industries o Solid understanding of paint production processes, machinery, and safety regulations. o Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide staff effectively.
