The Role

Position Title:

Senior Accounts - Paints Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products : o Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the paints division across key markets. o Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and project stakeholders to expand market share. o Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. o Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and provide management with regular sales forecasts and performance reports.



Requirements

Open to Arabic nationalities, Male, 38 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in any relevant field o At least 4 years sales management experience in the paints industry with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with deep market knowledge in paints and coatings o Valid UAE Driving License and own car are added advantage
