The Role

:

Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen the company's market position against key competitors; Oversee full P&L, budgeting, and expansion into new markets and product lines Lead end-to-end paint and coatings production, ensuring world-class standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. Drive innovation in resins, solvents, and water-based binders to maintain competitiveness and align with evolving market demands. Build and manage strong client, distributor, and supplier networks in the Middle East. Identify new opportunities, enhance pricing strategies, and secure high-value contracts by benchmarking against regional competitors. Lead cross-functional teams in operations, R&D, sales, and supply chain. Implement lean manufacturing practices, talent development programs, and succession planning to sustain long-term organizational growth.

General Manager - Paints Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 32K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products. Qualifications: Open to Arabic nationals, Male, 35 - 45 years old Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred At least 12 years relevant experience in in paints, resins, or chemicals manufacturing, at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and with proven success in overseeing business operations, market expansion, and driving profitability against key competitors in the UAE and KSA With strong expertise in P&L management, commercial strategy, supply chain, and operational excellence, with solid understanding of resins, solvents, UPR, and water-based binders market dynamics.
