Overview

ALTA VITA is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Site Helper/Operative to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist with various construction duties on site, supporting the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities



- Assist skilled tradesmen and construction workers with daily tasks

- Load and unload construction materials and tools

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

- Carry out general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors

- Help in the setup and dismantling of construction equipment and scaffolding

Qualifications and Skills



- Prior experience in construction or trade related work preferred

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

- Good communication skills

- Team player with a proactive attitude

- Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites
