Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and safety on the construction site.
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures.
Handle basic manual tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying.
Follow all health and safety regulations on-site.
Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor.
Assist in moving heavy equipment and materials.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction (preferred but not mandatory).
Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and long hours.
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Basic understanding of Arabic or English (a plus).
Valid work permit/residency in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one).
