Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out (Residential & Commercial)

We are hiring a

Site Supervisor

to manage and execute our interior fit-out projects (residential and commercial) in Dubai. The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and hands-on experience in site supervision and fit-out execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for interior fit-out projects. Ensure project execution is aligned with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor subcontractor work, material usage, and daily progress to prevent delays and minimize risk. Maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness at all times. Submit accurate daily progress reports and escalate any issues immediately. Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for timely delivery and support. Ensure smooth client handover and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/commercial). Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Strong understanding of site execution, finishing details, and project timelines. Leadership and communication skills to handle site teams and subcontractors. Ability to take ownership and complete projects independently.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 2,800 - 3,500/month (depending on experience).

Project Completion Bonus:

AED 2,500 for each project completed on time with positive client feedback.

Annual Supplement:

15% of total annual basic salary upon completion of every second year. Additional performance-based benefits as per company policy.
