The Site Foreman is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all on-site glass and aluminum works, including facades, curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, pergolas, and cladding systems. The role ensures that installations are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution
Supervise daily site activities related to aluminum, glass, facade, and cladding works.
Ensure works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
Coordinate installation of aluminium frames, glass panels, sealants, accessories, and hardware.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
Liaise with main contractor, consultants, and client representatives on site.
Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available as per project schedule.
Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.
Quality Control
Ensure installation quality meets Rozan Glass & Aluminum LLC standards and consultant requirements.
Conduct inspections before, during, and after installation.
Rectify snags, punch list items, and defects promptly.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of glass and aluminum materials.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce site safety rules and company HSE policies at all times.
Ensure workers use PPE and follow safe work procedures.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and material usage logs.
Assist in inspection requests (IR), mock-ups, and handover activities.
Support measurement and quantity verification for billing purposes.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or related field (preferred).

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction details.
Experience working with consultants and main contractors in the UAE.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of installation techniques and site practices.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings (reading & interpretation).
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
