We are hiring a skilled and reliable Site Foreman (Arabic Nationality) to supervise on-site construction activities and ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing labor teams, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining work quality on construction sites in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and labor teams.
Ensure work is performed according to project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.
Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
Report daily progress and issues to the site engineer or project manager.
Maintain quality control and resolve any minor technical issues on-site.
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site staff.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE construction industry.
Must be of Arabic nationality (due to team communication needs).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Must be currently based in the UAE.
