Site Civil Foreman
to oversee construction activities on
building projects

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the UAE construction sector, and should be able to read drawings and make the people do the job
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site activities
Monitor all construction phases.
Review and understand
engineering drawings
, shop drawings, and specifications
Coordinate between subcontractors, site workers, and engineers
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations
Give daily report to site engineer
Monitor material delivery and usage on-site.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays
enforce health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in the UAE construction industry, specifically in
buildings
good understanding of construction procedures.
Ability to read and interpret
technical and structural drawings
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety protocols
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in Hindi / Urdu (Arabic is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
