Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Site Foreman

with extensive experience in the

installation of water transmission and distribution networks

, including both

potable water

and

recycled water systems

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise with

HDPE

and

Ductile Iron (DI)

piping systems, along with solid knowledge of civil and infrastructure works related to pipeline construction.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Supervise and manage daily site activities related to water network construction.
- Oversee installation works for

HDPE

and

DI pipes

, including jointing, fittings, valve chambers, and related structures.
- Coordinate and monitor all civil and concrete works associated with the pipeline network, including thrust blocks, manholes, and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure work execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Lead site teams (workers, operators, technicians) and ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Liaise with engineers, site inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and streamline workflow.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate effectively with the site management team.
- Ensure site readiness for inspections and approvals from relevant authorities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the UAE in similar roles.
- Proven track record in

potable and recycled water pipeline

projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in

HDPE

and

DI piping systems

, including installation techniques and standards.
- Familiarity with infrastructure works, concrete structures, and general site preparations.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of municipal and authority requirements is an advantage
