Supervise facade installation works on site (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum works).
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC teams.
Plan manpower, tools, materials, and equipment for efficient site operations.
Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to HSE requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
Track progress, report issues, and assist in resolving site technical problems.
Coordinate inspections and close snags in a timely manner.
Maintain basic site records and daily progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in facade site supervision (UAE experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and aluminum facade systems.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and method statements.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Good understanding of HSE and quality standards.
