Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years in civil construction, with at least 3-5 years of specific
UAE/Dubai experience
.
Proven background in structural works (excavation, rebar, formwork, concreting) and finishing (tiling, masonry, plastering).
Core Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings, method statements, and project timelines.
Manage manpower, subcontractors, and material allocation to ensure high productivity.
Maintain strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and Dubai Municipality (DM) or RTA site requirements.
Prepare daily site reports, manpower logs, and material requests.
Skills:
Strong ability to read and interpret complex construction blueprints and shop drawings.
Languages:
Fluent English is essential; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is highly preferred for managing multicultural labor teams.
Driver's License:
A valid
UAE Driving License
is frequently mandatory for traveling between multiple project sites.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities under project pressure.
