We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team and manage on-site operations efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery.
Manage workforce scheduling, task assignment, and overall workflow to maximize efficiency.
Ensure all site work aligns with project specifications and company quality standards.
Enforce site safety protocols, ensuring all workers comply with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for effective workflow.
Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment usage.
Monitor project timelines and take proactive steps to resolve potential delays or issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve challenges.
Handle site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and handling.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in construction, fabrication, or related industries (experience in tents & shades preferred).
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on productivity and quality.
Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in shading, tents, or specialized construction industries.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Arabic) for effective team communication.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
