to oversee and coordinate daily site operations across civil and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Allocate tasks to site teams and monitor progress, productivity, and quality
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
Maintain daily site reports, labor records, and material usage logs
Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to project managers
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
Support in planning and sequencing of work to meet project timelines
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in site supervision or foreman roles
Strong knowledge of civil works, fit-out, and finishing activities
Ability to read construction drawings and execute accordingly
Familiarity with site safety protocols and labor management
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
