Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Site Foreman

with a

Diploma in Civil Engineering

or

Draftsman (Civil) qualification

, responsible for supervising construction activities at the project site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, strong knowledge of civil construction practices, and the ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications. Interpret and understand civil and structural drawings for execution. Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Allocate tasks to site workers and monitor their performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations. Maintain daily site reports including progress, labor deployment, and materials used. Identify issues or deviations on site and report them for corrective actions. Ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used on site. Assist in managing tools, equipment, and materials on site

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering

or

Civil Draftsman Certificate

. 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction foreman roles. Strong ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings. Sound knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety procedures. Familiar with basic site documentation and reporting practices. Good communication skills to coordinate with workers, engineers, and contractors. Willing to work extended hours when required by project timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
