The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior construction, materials, and coordination with various trades such as carpentry, gypsum, painting, MEP, and more. The Foreman will ensure that all tasks are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards, while maintaining site safety and timelines
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works, ensuring progress according to schedule and drawings.
Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to manage workflow and avoid delays.
Ensure high-quality workmanship across all interior finishing tasks (partition works, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, etc.).
Interpret and execute work based on architectural and MEP drawings.
Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with specifications.
Resolve on-site issues and communicate with stakeholders to avoid project delays.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
Provide hands-on guidance and training to junior staff when required.
