We're Hiring: Site Foreman - Civil & Fit-Out | Dubai, UAE



Palmera Interiors is expanding our construction team and seeking a

highly skilled Site Foreman

with solid

UAE experience

in both

civil and finishing work

.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities including civil, MEP, and fit-out works

Manage trades such as

steel fixing

, block work, plastering, painting, joinery, and false ceilings

Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations

Coordinate with project engineers and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines

Monitor labour, materials, and site progress daily

Enforce health & safety and cleanliness on site

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years UAE site experience in both civil and fit-out construction

Strong knowledge of

steel fixing

, shuttering, rebar detailing, dry walls, finishes, and structural coordination

Proven track record managing mixed-scope residential or commercial projects

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation

Leadership skills and the ability to manage site teams effectively

Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu and or Tagalog is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
