for a high-profile
tower project in Lusail
.

Key Responsibilities:
Review approved construction drawings and plan daily site activities aligned with the project schedule.
Coordinate with site engineers and the project manager to ensure efficient workflow and prompt issue resolution.
Supervise laborers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and proper material handling.
Enforce safety regulations, ensure PPE compliance, and take corrective action when necessary.
Maintain a strong on-site presence from the start of the workday, oversee operations, and support engineers as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in tower projects in Lusail
is highly preferred.
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role.
Must have a
valid QID
and be eligible for
NOC
.
