Attend site visits and prepare site visit reports to superiors.
Taking site coworkers attendance and reported to office.
Prepare procurement requests and reported to office.
Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisor.
Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings.
Track progress, provide specific training and keep the crew well equipped with the right materials, safety uniform and tools at all times at site.
Check work is carried out safely at site by following company & client HSE policy.
Report project progress to superiors.
Solve disputes between workers.
Performing other duties and tasks from time to time by superiors.
Qualifications:
Hight school degree or diploma essential, Bachelor degree is not essential.
Minimum site field experience 4 years.
Should be physically fit to work at site.
Proven ability in managing teams and meeting project deadlines.
Experience working in a safety-driven environment.
Should be problem-solving, leadership ability, excellent communication, strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
