Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and labor teams to complete tasks efficiently.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Resolve any site issues related to finishing works in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering
or
Diploma in Architecture

mandatory
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE construction experience
in a
finishing role
Strong knowledge of interior and exterior finishing processes
Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams
