CRX Building Contracting L.L.C is a professional ground-improvement and foundation engineering contractor specializing in vibroflotation, dynamic compaction, sheet pile installation, bored piles, high-pressure jet grouting, and dewatering works. We are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality engineering solutions for infrastructure and construction projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Construction Foreman to support and supervise daily field operations across our foundation and ground-improvement projects.

Job Responsibilities

Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site construction activities related to vibroflotation, dynamic compaction, sheet piles, bored piles, jet grouting, and dewatering works.

Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate workers, operators, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

Equipment Coordination: Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and deployment of machinery such as vibroflotation rigs, cranes, pile drivers, grout pumps, and dewatering systems.

Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality and ensure all work meets project specifications, engineering requirements, and technical standards.

Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety rules, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure all personnel follow safety protocols.

Progress Tracking: Report daily work progress, resource usage, and site conditions to the Site Manager or Project Manager.

Problem Solving: Identify on-site issues--whether technical, logistical, or personnel-related--and assist in developing immediate solutions.

Material Management: Coordinate material deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper usage and storage on site.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in on-site construction work, preferably in ground improvement or foundation engineering.

Strong knowledge of vibroflotation, dynamic compaction, sheet piling, bored piling, jet grouting, or dewatering operations (experience in multiple areas is highly preferred).

Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and site plans.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Familiarity with workplace safety practices and regulations.

Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.

Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Ability to work overtime or shift schedules when required by project needs.
